Information we process and why

Account: username, email, name and profile details you provide, date of birth to check age, preferences, acceptance records and authentication data. These support registration, sign-in, access recovery and preferences. The identity service manages credentials; do not send them to support.
Games and community: games, moves, results, statistics, social connections and messages you send. These enable play, history and interaction. Recipients see your messages and other players may see your identifier and public game or profile information.
Purchases: linked account, product, amount and currency, payment references and status, refunds, disputes and the version/text of accepted terms. These support delivery, assistance and transaction evidence. Stripe collects payment details on its hosted page; StratiQ does not receive your full card number or security code.
Support and feedback: the text you submit, category, page, language and date; signed-in feedback is linked to your account. An email for a reply is optional in the feedback form. Email messages include the information you choose to provide. We use this information to address requests and fix problems.
Security and operation: servers receive technical data such as IP addresses, requests and errors to serve the website, maintain sessions, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. These logs are separate from optional navigation measurement.

Do not send sensitive data, passwords or complete card details through feedback or email.

To enforce analysis limits we use a protected daily identifier derived from your account or public IP. The individual counter expires at the daily reset; it does not store your raw IP. Aggregated requests, reserved computation budget, latency and resource measurements are kept for up to 90 days to operate and size the service. Requests are not interpreted as unique people.

Optional measurement and browser storage

Navigation and interaction measurement starts only when you choose Allow. It uses pseudonymous identifiers, navigation and interaction events, pages, language and timing to understand product use. It does not collect form or chat content. The measurement service does not store the IP address or browser user-agent text associated with your connection.

You can decline or withdraw consent using the website's measurement controls without losing access to games or purchases. Withdrawal stops future events without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Measurement events have a configured maximum retention of 90 days, with periodic deletion.

Your browser also stores information needed for your session and preferences such as language, motion and consent. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or require you to choose again. Orientation sensors, if you authorize them, are used on your device to move the scene, not to determine your location.

Grounds for processing

We process information needed to provide the service and fulfill purchases you request. Optional measurement relies on consent. Security, abuse prevention, incident handling and defending claims rely on legitimate interests, subject to your applicable rights. We retain or disclose information needed to meet applicable legal obligations. Reading this policy does not replace consent where consent is required.

Providers and disclosures

We use hosting, identity and email infrastructure operated for SciCrafts to support StratiQ Games. Administrative access is limited to the functions needed to operate the service.

Stripe processes payments and performs its security checks: Stripe privacy policy. hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, protects certain forms and may process IP, device and interaction information to prevent abuse: hCaptcha privacy policy.

These providers may process information outside your country. The controller is based in the United States. You can contact us for information about recipients, destinations and safeguards applicable to your data. We do not sell personal information or use it for personalized advertising. We may disclose information as needed to meet a legal obligation or handle a purchase, refund or claim.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is active and to manage its closure. Games, conversations and records involving other people may require individual review when deletion is requested. Account-linked feedback is included in account deletion; feedback submitted without an account cannot be attributed to a person except through information they provided.

We retain purchase, acceptance and dispute records as needed for accounting and legal obligations and to handle claims. Support and security data is retained according to the need to resolve a case or prevent and document incidents. Backups are used for recovery and their retention is considered when handling requests. Closing an account does not automatically delete every record of a financial transaction. There is no single retention period for categories subject to different obligations.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent or complain to the competent data protection authority. Profile options let you edit details, export your profile and request closure. For requests covering purchases, messages or other information, contact support@stratiqgames.com. A profile export alone does not contain all service data.

We may request proportionate information to verify identity before disclosing or deleting data. We will not ask for your password or complete card details. We handle requests within applicable legal deadlines and explain any necessary limitations or retention.

Children and updates

Registration does not accept children under 13. Additional age or authorization requirements under local law must be respected; purchases are restricted to adults authorized to pay. If you believe a child provided information without required authorization, contact us so we can investigate and resolve it.

We publish updates at this URL with their date and version, and communicate material changes or seek fresh consent where required.
